Selection & line design

Send material type, feed size, hardness and target capacity. We return a flow sheet, equipment configuration and utility requirements (power, water, footprint).

Manufacturing

Machines and structural steel are produced at our three bases. Key parts are machined in-house; every unit is assembled and tested before shipment.

Installation & commissioning

Foundation drawings, packing and loading plans, then on-site or remote installation guidance and commissioning supervision by our engineers.

Training & acceptance

Operator and maintenance training, trial run to rated output, and acceptance against agreed capacity and product size. Warranty and parts supply from day one.

What we commit to: capacity & product-size compliance, configuration design, installation & commissioning guidance, operator training, warranty and spare-parts supply. What we don't claim: geological survey, mining design, or plant operation on your behalf — we make the machines; you run the business.

ON-SITE

Engineers on site within 10 days

For installation, commissioning and major overhauls, our engineers travel to your site — attendance within 10 days of the requirement being agreed, for clients in our export markets.
