Buyers who meet us at a trade fair and then look us up online are trying to answer one question — is this a manufacturer or a reseller? There are only three things that settle it, and all three are on this page.
A trading company can print a catalogue. It cannot show you a floor where crusher frames are being machined, cones are being assembled and finished machines are waiting for shipment. We publish that evidence and, more to the point, we invite you to come and stand on it — with your own inspector if you have one, and with a live video walk-through if travelling is impractical.
Manufacturing is spread across Hangzhou (headquarters), Weihai and Wuhu, totalling 153,000 m². Annual production capacity is 1,000 units, with an average shipping rate of 100 units per month.

The question that separates a real manufacturer from an assembler is not "do you have a workshop?" but "who machines the parts that take the load?". Main frames, eccentric shafts, gear pairs and bowl assemblies are where a crusher lives or dies, and they are the parts most likely to be bought in by companies that describe themselves as manufacturers.
Every crusher is assembled, run-tested and inspected before it leaves the works. What matters to an overseas buyer is not the claim but the document: a factory test report with the machine's serial number, the run-test record where applicable, key dimensional checks, and the packing list that the report is tied to. If delivery is against an L/C or a third-party inspection, the same evidence is what your bank or inspector will ask for.
| Document | Issued for | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Factory test / inspection report | Every machine | Serial-numbered record of assembly checks and run test where applicable |
| Material certificates | Key cast and machined components | Traceability of the parts that carry the load |
| Packing list & loading plan | Every shipment | Customs clearance, insurance and FCL loading |
| Foundation & GA drawings | Complete lines and major machines | Civil works and site layout before the ship arrives |
| Operation & maintenance manual | Every machine | On-site operation, maintenance and wear-part replacement |
| Wear-parts list & first-year schedule | Every line and major machine | Store planning and budget forecasting |
| Certificates (ISO, CE documentation, enterprise credentials) | On request | Tender submissions, import formalities, client quality systems |
Requirements differ by country and by client. If your project specifies a particular certificate, material standard or third-party inspection regime, raise it at enquiry stage — documentation has to be produced during manufacture, not assembled afterwards.
Invited to co-draft China's technical regulation for mechanism sand and gravel production — a committee seat held by manufacturers with operating experience, not by resellers.
Equipment supplied into nuclear power project environments, where documentation and inspection discipline are non-negotiable.
National High-Tech Enterprise recognition, plus Zhejiang "Specialized & Sophisticated" SME designation and a provincial R&D centre.
Yes, and we encourage it. Tell us your dates and we will arrange the visit, including the works you want to see. If travel is impractical, we can do a live video walk-through of the assembly floor and the test bay at a time that suits your time zone.
For major machines, yes — we can film the assembly and run test and send it with the inspection report before shipment. Ask for it at order stage so it is built into the production schedule rather than requested at the last minute.
We support the documentation needed for African and Southeast Asian clearance regimes including SONCAP (Nigeria), PVoC (Kenya) and SABS (South Africa), and we assist through the clearance process — see the resources page for the article on which certificates to demand. For CE or GOST-related requirements, tell us the destination and the project's specification and we will confirm what we can issue.
Yes, with terms stated in the contract in the same words as we publish. Warranty period, coverage and exclusions are agreed at order, not discovered at claim time. See the spare-parts and after-sales page for the service commitments that run alongside it.
Come and see the workshop, the machining area and the test bay. Or have us walk you through it on video at a time that suits your time zone.
