A machine price is usually same-day to 2 working days. A configured line quotation takes longer because the configuration comes first — typically 3–7 days for the configuration sheet, then the priced quotation follows. We would rather send you the configuration first than a number that means nothing yet.
For large lines, an overseas site visit before final design is worthwhile and we will propose it. For most enquiries we can work from the material and layout information you send, and the configuration sheet will state any assumptions we made.
L/C and T/T with 30% deposit are our standard structures. Shipping is typically FOB Chinese port; we supply the packing specification, loading plan and documentation set your forwarder needs, and we can assist with the inland leg at the destination. Tell us your country's foreign-exchange rules early — some markets need the paperwork structured accordingly.
